The Tale of the Monk and the Scorpion

That's a not-approved illo I made for the gospel magazine I'm actually working on. Discarded because of the monk's drawing... well, the original tale tells about a monk that saves an scorpion from drowning in a river. As the monk take the scorpion out of the water, he receive lots of bites from the poison insect. When his pupils ask him why he saved that tricky little devil he says "The scorpion was acting accordantly with its own nature. So did I.".

Hope you like!
